Instant Care was incorporated in 2017 with a aim to provide care that leaves positive experience of care for the person recieving the care.

We have a management model which supports outcome-based practice and uses strength-based approach. Our outcome-based practice enables the person receiving the care at centre and deliver meaningful individual outcomes. Our planning and delivery of care is revolved around the person receiving the care who is in full control of decision making regarding how the service will be delivered. We help our service users to make informed choices about their care and involve every stakeholder in the planning of the service delivery.
